RAK Petroleum plc, the Oslo-listed oil and gas investment company, announced that all resolutions put to the 2015 Annual General Meeting held in London yesterday were passed by shareholders on a poll. Of 603,338,681 eligible votes, a total of 354,500,826 were present or represented by proxy at the meeting.
