Shareholders
RAK Petroleum strives to provide transparency and regular updates in its communications to shareholders. From 2010, it has adopted quarterly reporting in addition to its Annual Report of the Board of Directors and Consolidated Financial Statements.
RAK Petroleum also keeps its shareholders informed of material developments in the Company’s activities through its website, meetings with shareholders and the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders. Shareholders are also invited to visit the website of RAK Petroleum's associated company DNO International ASA for regular updates.
